At the end of the day, we know you are making a substantial investment and we want to welcome you home to the design, selections, and finishes that you have envisioned.
At Driftwood Designs, we tailor our pricing to the unique requirements of each project. Design fees are set on a project-to-project basis, ensuring a personalized approach that aligns with your specific needs. The cost for each design option will be communicated upfront and detailed in your project contract. Our transparent pricing structure allows you to understand and appreciate the value of our services from the very beginning, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable design experience. We look forward to creating a space that exceeds your expectations.
- Design + Project Management: Products invoiced upon client selection, project hours billed bi-weekly.
- Construction + Remodeling: 50% due upon project scope approval, 35% due upon substantial completion of item, 15% due upon completion.
- Design: $120-$150 per hour
- Project Management: $85-$125 per hour depending on the package chosen.
